We have designed a personal workout page where you can place all the exercises you want into a specific order, suited for your personal workout needs.

How to create your workout

First browse our exercises. To select the exercise for your workout, simply click on the link 'add to personal workout' and enter the sets & reps for the exercise. After selecting all the exercises, sort them, using the blue order buttons. Once your workout is finished, click on the link 'printable version' and your personalized workout will be displayed in detail, with pictures, descriptions, sets & reps, ready for you to print.
